She claims that her food plan is simply a combination of carbohydrates followed by good protein (Chicken). Some of the foods which she consumes include white cheese, wheat bread, lemon, good fats from almonds and walnuts and chestnuts all without salt. Every food of Roberta Zuniga is boiled in water, she does not eat any fried (oiled) food and there is no place for sugar in her menu or life.
Coming to the fruits, Banana is the one and only fruit that she consume early in the morning and then after every three hours to keep herself safe from losing the muscle mass.
